Pre Filter
Pre-Filters are manufactured using a multi-layer arrangement of synthetic polyester fibers and are designed for low to medium efficiency air filtration in HVAC systems. Their primary function is to capture coarse and medium-sized airborne particles before the air reaches high-efficiency filters such as HEPA or ULPA units. By removing larger contaminants at the initial stage, pre-filters significantly reduce the load on downstream filters, thereby improving system performance and extending the service life of HEPA filters.
These filters are available in both standard and custom sizes. Typical efficiency ratings range from G3 for thinner media (8–10 mm) to G4 for thicker media (20–25 mm), making them suitable for residential, commercial, and light industrial applications. The filter media is commonly supplied with a G4 classification and is produced from bonded synthetic fibers. Additional efficiency grades can be provided on request.

Pre-Filter – Box Type
Box-type pre-filters are panel filters constructed with optimized synthetic filter media, suitable for use as pre-filtration or final filtration stages in HVAC systems.
Pre-Filter – Self-Supporting Box Type
These panel filters are made from self-supporting filter media with specially designed pleat contour stabilizers that maintain pleat shape and structural stability. They are ideal for both pre-filtration and final filtration applications.
Pre-Filter – Flange Type
Flange-type pre-filters consist of synthetic filter media assembled in an optimized configuration for use as pre-filters or final filters in HVAC installations.
