Adjustable Grille – Single Deflection

VCD’s single deflection grilles and registers are designed for applications where the airflow pattern needs to be adjusted in only one direction—either horizontally or vertically. Each grille is supplied with an integrated opposed-blade damper, operated via a screwdriver slot, allowing easy volume control.

Features:

  • Standard Features 32 mm face border with 27 mm front flange

  • Durable, heavy-gauge extruded aluminium frame with reinforced mitered corners

  • Aerodynamic extruded blades spaced at 20 mm centres, designed to maintain their set angle even under varying airflow velocities and pressures

  • Integrated aluminium opposed-blade damper with screwdriver-operated adjustment

  • Friction-pivoted blades for smooth and precise control of air direction, deflection, and spread

  • Standard finish: RAL 9016 powder-coated; collar damper: matte black (custom finishes available on request)

  • Premium-grade extruded aluminium construction for long service life

Material & Finish:

  • Manufactured from high-grade extruded aluminium

  • Finished in RAL 9016 powder coating as standard; damper finished in matte black, with optional colours upon request
