Linear Grilles and Registers are engineered for efficient supply and return air distribution in HVAC systems and are suitable for installation in ceilings, floors, sills, and sidewalls. They are selected for their sleek, continuous-line aesthetic, making them ideal for both functional ventilation and architectural integration.

These grilles are designed for cooling and supply/return applications and are manufactured with precision-mitered corners for a high-quality finish. They are available in one-way airflow patterns with bar deflections of 0°, 15°, 30°, and 45°, and in one- or two-way airflow patterns with bar deflections of 15°, 30°, and 45°. Bars are evenly spaced at 12.5 mm for quiet operation, and additional mullion bars provide extra structural strength. Curved linear grilles offer a variety of blade arrangements and radii, suitable for sidewalls, bulkheads, or sills. Units can be supplied as modular sections or continuous lengths up to 2 m.

When installed in ceilings, linear grilles provide vertical downward airflow, suitable for cooling or heating spaces from ceiling heights of 12–15 feet. Air volumes should be adjusted to prevent drafts at the end of the throw. Core deflections of 0°, 15°, and 30° guide the air downward as required by the system design.

For sidewall installations near the ceiling, linear grilles deliver horizontal airflow above the occupied zone. Core deflections of 15° or 30° can direct the air upward to counteract the downward flow of cooler supply air and also enhance the visual appearance by reducing sightlines into the duct.

Opposed-blade volume control dampers can be added to all linear grilles, converting them into adjustable registers for precise airflow control.
