Egg Crate Grill
Egg Crate Grill
Egg crate grilles consist of two primary components: an extruded aluminium frame and aluminium cube cores measuring 12.5 mm × 12.5 mm × 12.5 mm. The cores are securely fixed within a specially designed frame, and the frame corners are reinforced with crimped flat keys to ensure a robust and durable assembly.
In addition to their common use for return and exhaust air, egg crate grilles can also serve as supply air outlets when fitted with opposed-blade dampers, providing controlled airflow. The dampers can be adjusted from the front of the grille using a screwdriver. Damper blades are mounted with nylon bushings to ensure smooth, rattle-free operation.
