MS Floor Grilles – (Capsule type with 72% Opening, integrated with a Volume Control Damper), are designed for precise airflow regulation and efficient distribution in raised floor HVAC systems. The grille is fabricated from durable mild steel (MS), while the VCD features a galvanized iron (GI) frame and extruded aluminium vanes for smooth, reliable airflow control. These grilles are designed principally, to replace 600 mm square tiles in raised access floor systems.
This combination ensures high free area (72%) for optimal ventilation, while the integrated VCD allows balancing and modulation of airflow according to system requirements. MS Round Capsule Floor Grilles with VCD are ideal for commercial, industrial, and data centre environments where controlled air distribution and comfort are critical.
