Aluminium Floor Grilles integrated with a Volume Control Damper (VCD), are designed for precise airflow regulation and efficient distribution in raised floor HVAC systems with relatively lesser load capacity. It is ideal for use in most general residential premises, private houses and offices, general offices and elderly residences where no heavy equipment is present. The grille is fabricated from high-quality aluminium, while the VCD features extruded aluminium vanes for smooth, reliable airflow control. These grilles are primarily designed to replace 600 mm square tiles in raised access floor systems.

Relocation of the grille to another area is simply carried out by lifting and moving the entire floor grille to the desired new position.

This combination ensures high free area for optimal ventilation, while the integrated VCD allows balancing and modulation of airflow according to system requirements. Aluminium Grilles with VCD are ideal for commercial, industrial, and data centre environments where controlled air distribution, lightweight construction, and durability are critical.
