Back Pressure Dampers are designed to automatically regulate and control reverse airflow in HVAC systems, ensuring stable duct pressure and preventing backdraft conditions. These dampers operate without external power, using air pressure to open or close the blades, making them ideal for exhaust air systems, ventilation shafts, and applications requiring automatic backflow prevention.
Engineered with robust materials and precision-formed components, back pressure dampers deliver dependable performance, low leakage, and long service life, even under demanding operating conditions.

This series is suitable for both horizontal and vertical installations and is designed to integrate seamlessly into commercial, industrial, and residential ventilation systems.

Features:

  • Frame constructed from heavy-gauge GI sheet (1.2 mm) for enhanced durability and rigidity.

  • Blades/vanes made of extruded aluminium or GI sheet for lightweight operation and quick pressure response.

  • Pressure-activated design—opens with airflow, closes automatically to prevent backflow.

  • Low-leakage blade design for improved system efficiency.

  • Optional counterweights or spring assist for fine-tuned pressure setting.

  • Corrosion-resistant powder-coated finish available upon request.

  • Suitable for exhaust ducts, ventilation risers, and systems requiring automatic non-return functionality.
